Senior Project Quantity Surveyor Role Hong Kong:
We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a major Road project. The suitable candidate will need to have extensive Civil experience in QS and claims administration. This position is for a Hong Kong National/HKID holder who can speak English and Chinese.
Snr Project QS in Hong Kong Responsibilities:
• Liaise with foremen, engineers and subcontractors on a daily basis;
• Compile detailed site measurement and photographic records of change or event;
• Prepare daily diary of change events and claim events…etc.;
• Provide assistance to the claims team leader in the identification of new changes or claimable event.
Hong Kong Snr Project QS Requirements:
• Degree in Civil Engineering & Quantity Surveying;
• At least 10 years' experience in quantity surveying and claims administration;
• Ability to work effectively in multi-cultural environment and good at developing collaborative internal work relationships;
• Excellent problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, highly motivated and be able to work independently;
• Highly proficient in English and Chinese;
• Candidate must be a permanent Hong Kong resident
