We are looking for a new member of staff to take on a role managing existing some growing Middle East client accounts and developing new ones.
The Account Manager/Business Development Manager Role
To grow existing and new accounts with construction employers by giving them a “Key Account” style service. This might include regular visits, development of multiple contacts, the tracking & monitoring of particular projects and their staff requirements, and offering strategic value added services to them.
The role will also include the creation and implementation of a recruitment strategy leading to the successful introduction of staff.. This will be actioned either through direct or delegated resourcing and advertising of vacancies with these clients, and the management of applicants through the necessary selection procedures.
Account Management/Business Development Management Experience Required
A variety of backgrounds and levels of experience will be considered for this role, however it is expected that the most suitable candidates will:
- Ideally have managed client accounts of some type
- Have some experience of or understanding of the construction industry
- Will be able to demonstrate confidence and professionalism to clients both on the phone & in person
This role can suit full time, part time or flexible working arrangements.
