Recruitment Consultant Vacancies: Sales Resourcer

A Sales Resourcer is required to join the growing team at Maxim. The role of Resourcer is to support the Recruitment Consultants at Maxim make the best use of their sales time. The role will include working with candidates, clients and administering the advertising and publicity strategy for the company. As the company grows, a variety of new challenges and opportunities for career development will become available.
Candidate Related Duties:
· Identifying candidates from the Maxim website & from job boards
· Interviewing candidates on the phone & in person
· Researching new sources of candidates
· Developing call lists
· Calling candidates on the database & updating their details
· Database management
· Arranging interviews
· Pro active candidate resourcing (training provided)
Client Related Duties:
· Canvassing/calling clients
· Managing incoming calls
· Calling clients on the database & updating details
· Arranging interviews.
· Adding new clients & contacts to the system
Maxim is looking to develop the skills of staff, and will offer the opportunity for staff to develop their skills both in dedicated sessions with experienced consultants and through training sessions run by specialist external recruitment organisations.
